1. Who we are

InvoiceDubai is a free document generation tool operated by Kreative Minds (KM), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We can be reached at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Browsing the site: the PDF itself is generated entirely in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

When you download a PDF: at the moment you click "Download PDF" (and only at that moment, never while you are editing the draft) we record a lead entry with the sender business name, sender email and TRN you entered, the recipient name and email (for invoices), the document type, currency, VAT mode, line-item count, and country code derived from your connection. This helps us understand who uses InvoiceDubai, follow up with relevant updates, and improve the product. If your form fields are blank we still record the anonymous fields (country, document type, currency).

With an account: we collect the email address you sign in with, plus any business details you choose to add (business name, address, TRN, phone, logo, brand color, invoices, and payslips you save). We use Cloudflare D1 and R2 to store this data in encrypted form.

3. How we use your email

By providing your email address on InvoiceDubai.com, you agree that we may use it to:

• Send you important updates related to your generated documents
• Improve our tools, features, and overall user experience
• Share occasional updates, product enhancements, or relevant service offerings from InvoiceDubai and Kreative Minds (KM)

We respect your privacy. Your email will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for external marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use only the minimum cookies required to operate the service: a session cookie when you sign in, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge cookie to prevent abuse. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell user data.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers we depend on to run the service:

• Cloudflare (hosting, edge network, D1 database, R2 storage, Turnstile captcha)
• Google (Gmail API, used to send the magic-link sign-in email and client-facing invoice emails when you choose to send one)

6. Data retention

Magic-link sign-in tokens expire after 15 minutes. Saved invoices, payslips, and branding remain in your account until you delete them or request account deletion. Sessions expire 30 days after sign-in.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

InvoiceDubai is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of InvoiceDubai after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
